Surrogate Requirements:
- Age 21-38 - Must reside in PA - Must have been a GS previously
- Healthy Weight (BMI no greater than 32) - Must have health insurance without surrogacy exclusions - Willing to do a 2 embryo transfer - No more than 2 C-sections max - Must have maintained a healthy full-term pregnancy and given birth free of complications - Must have a sense of urgency and willing to get paperwork filled out in a timely manner
