Searching for the gift of a surrogate

We would desperately like to start our family.we tried IVF for two years.After having no success we decided to try an Eastern European hosting program where we could have orphan children reside in our home for the entire summer with the intent to adopt.

We have been trying to adopt these two children from Latvia for the last two years.These two children have spent the last two summers and Christmas with our family.We truly believed we would adopt them but their father, who was in jail for numerous things, ended up getting the children back last March.

I am 45 and would like to use a surrogate because I think it would be safer due to my age.
