Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My husband and I have been married nearly three years now. During the time of our marriage, we have tried and failed at having a child of our own. We are looking into having a surrogate because we feel we are ready to have a family and unfortunately cannot do that on our own.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I are both outgoing. We enjoy spending time with our family and friends. I enjoy reading and writing, and he loves putting together model airplanes.

Dear surrogate, I would like to thank you. You are such a selfless person. Because of people with hearts as big as yours, people like my husband and myself can complete our dreams of being parents. I would just like to say thank you, you are the biggest blessing in our lives.
