Concerns and Suggestions for my Future IPs

As most, I have a few no goes for concerns on my end as well as gestational suggestions that I feel very strongly about and would like to share them with you in advance. Those consern include the number of embryos transferred at a time. I would only like to do single egg transfers at a time, but with saying that I would also be willing to do a second time surrogate with the same IP as a sibling project as long as the first journey's experience goes well. Next, I would like to discuss the reductions process. If it so happens that the one embryo that is transferred ends up splitting and produced multiple I will not do a reduction unless it medically places me, one or both of the baby's in a life or death situation. Next is location as I know it is not always possible for IP to be in the same county but I only wish to work with couples in the state of California. I have a number of reasons for this decision and they include, one I want the pregnancy journey shared with you as this is your baby(s) and you should be involved in its full creation. I want IPs that do not mind coming to all scheduled doctors appointments regarding their future baby(s) as well as receiving updates and pictures of the baby(s) through out the pregnancy. It is very important to me that while I carry this baby(s) for you that things like voice recordings to play to the belly would be something you wanted to do so the baby recognizes you when they are born, this will also help the bond right away. I want a couple that wants to be involved with everything going on with the baby(s). Now with saying that the most important reason I wish to work with IPs only in the state of California is because California is known to have the best surrogate friendly laws and you are less likely to accidentally miss the birth of your precious gift. Now going into the labor part, I do not wish to induce unless the baby(s) are at least a month overdue or again it becomes a life or death situation for any party involved, this is to include c-sections too, even if multiples. I would like the option to deliver naturally with an epidural, of course, if it does not place anyone involved life as stake. I do not wish to plan a c-section or induction date until the doctor, after a month overdue, suggests to do so for medical reasons. Last but defiantly no least I would like to inform you that I will not be ready to transfer until July- August time frame or after. I would also like to inform you all that I am thinking of possibly working with the Fertility Source Companies due to a family member already having a great surrogacy journey through them. This agency also offers a support group meeting for IPs, past and present to include surrogates from the past and present to help through the process, which is a big plus on my end. While I do know how difficult it can be finding the right GC it is just as challenging to find the right IPs as well. I wish you all luck in your journeys and hope to speak to you soon. May all your new parenting journeys be as sweet as mine was for me and that all your dreams come true.

Confused
Hello Linda, I am sorry to say that I think you were a little confused about my blog post. I am a surrogate looking for future IPs not surrogates as that is what I want to be is a surrogate for IP. Thank you for understanding and I wish you luck on finding yourself a set of IPs. Jasmin
