My preference would be for the cycle to happen at the Nairobi IVF clinic in Kenya. I would of course cover all the costs, and the surrogate/donor would also enjoy at my cost leisurely safaris to some of the most beautiful places on earth. However, I am also willing to consider a cycle in the US, Canada or UK. This is something that can be discussed
