Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My life has always been family .. i have 2 brothers and they both have children and we are all together every weekend ,, our joy is truly family ,,, At a young age 17 i had cancer and had extensive radiation and chemotherapy. then 2 years later i lost my father to cancer , I met a wonderful man 20 years ago and we would love to create our own family ,, Doctors have told me that due to treatment that i received the do not suggest i carry a child suggesting i could weaken my heart .. receiving this devistating news was almost as bad as hearing i have cancer ,,

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Iam a very down to earth person who loves life,, being a cancer survivor it changes you and your life forever ,, each day is a gift ,, and i thank GOD each day that he has given me. I love to cook , garden ski and give bak to the community threw charity , i am very athletic and love the outdoors,,
