35 eggs frozen and one more cycle left to go! I hope to have about 45 in total after this last cycle. It's been a grueling process medically but when I set my mind to something I tend to see it through to the end. Lately I have been giving some thought to the notion of co-parenting (sort of)... I like that California law now allows 3 people to be listed on a birth certificate. Since I am an orphan with no extended family, I still prefer the idea of having a loving gay couple (who has a healthy extended family to help support and nurture the child) be the primary parents and caregivers, but it would nice to play the role of an auntie even if it is long distance.
