Smiling thinking how technology has changed our lives - never thought I'd be writing an online request to see if there is anyone who could be a surrogate for us.
We live in central Alberta - my husband owns his own electrical company , I am a stay at home mom of our amazing 2 year old daughter. We live on 80 acres in a new log home that we share with a few horses a couple dogs and a cat. We enjoy travelling, flipping or building houses, almost all outdoor activities, we have what I would consider a great life. I have blocked tubes and endometriosis which is why I am writing on here. I have had surgeries and tests and 5 ivf cycles (our first of which was successful ) I have had a miscarriage - we have applied to adopt and foster to adopt but still we struggle to complete our family. I know it is illegal to pay for surrogacy in Alberta and I know we are looking for a traditional surrogacy and would opt for the least amount of fertility meds. Is this something realistic to ask of someone else ?
