my wife and i got married in 2004. since then we have tried various options on how we can have a child of our own. being a filipino we have so many traditions and beliefs on how a couple can have a child such as praying on different saints, offering gifts and prayers to st. claire, and fertility dancing in Obando Bulacan. we have sought the help of science too. we undergone 3 iui and 2 ivf that left us in debt. now I'm 41 years old and my wife 42 years old but still praying that someday we will have a child. though our desire is big, we don't have the resources to go to normal surrogacy. is there a government agency or foundation that can help a couple have their our child without spending too much? any comment and suggestion will help.
