It has a regular number of steps which are clearly described by the law. For better coordination of the process it is recommended to use the help of surrogacy facilitators for international parents such as specialized agencies which will provide overall informational, legal and organizational support. How do biological parents become legal parents? The process of getting an official birth certificate with names of biological parents is clear. First, the surrogate gives her notarized agreement for baby having names of his biological parents in the birth certificate. Second, intended parents get official confirmations from the clinic, having processed their surrogacy treatment.
