Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent open up about surrogacy and their 'beautiful' family journey

Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent of TLC's "Nate & Jeremiah by Design" want people to talk about surrogacy more.

"We don't hear people talk about that as much as they could or should," Berkus told All the Moms last week in an interview about their new partnership with Huggies Made by You, a line of customizable diapers. 

The couple recently welcomed their second child, 3-month-old Oskar Brent-Berkus, into the home with their daughter, 3-year-old Poppy. Both Poppy and Oskar were born via surrogacy. When asked about it, the interior designers jumped at the opportunity to share.
