Why I want to be an egg donor:

I would like to become an egg donor to prevent couples from going through the emotionally draining experience of not being able to have a child. This was something that I saw my aunt go through after she had ovarian cancer that nearly took her life.By becoming an egg donor, I know that I have helped give another woman the chance she deserves to carry a healthy baby to term .I also want to become an egg donor because I know that my genetic makeup would benefit any child coming into this world. I have Synesthesia which is a gift. For example, it allows me to see numbers, letters, and days of the week in color. It comes in handy when memorizing bulk amounts of information.Having this trait has made me a more creative individual and it has given me an advantage in the field of science. It's a very strange thing to explain so please Google: Grapheme-color synesthesia, Chromesthesia, and Ordinal linguistic personification because these are the forms of Synesthesia that I have.It is so uncommon that I have taken part in research studies conducted by Sussex University in the U.K.

Description of myself:

When people first meet me they see that I am successful for my age, yet very humble and down to earth. If I come across as pretty on the outside this is honestly something that I don't pay much attention to.Instead, I try to focus on staying smart and doing good with my life. Four years ago, I decided to enter college with the hopes of becoming a doctor. In six months I will graduate with a bachelor's of science in Human Biology. After this I plan on becoming a clinical research coordinator at at UCSF or Stanford for at least a year. It is still my dream to become a doctor who works as part of a formal trauma team that assembles when *** trauma codes are called. Apart from this I am a vegetarian who is slowly transitioning to veganism.I also love flowers so much that my family call me the "flower lady", because I have over *** flowers in my garden.Recently I also took up painting and have been busy filling my house up with more color. Everyday I study human diseases and witness severe injuries in the E.R.where my internship placement is as a research assistant. The best thing about my personality is how resilient I am.Regardless of the horrible things I may witness or have to deal with, I am always optimistic and maintain a cheerful attitude throughout life.

My letter to intended parents:

If you have any questions regarding my background, health, or even if you would like to get to know better, please do not feel intimidated! I am very nice and happy to answer any questions you may have.Finding the right egg donor for your future baby is a very important!
