Why I want to be an egg donor:

I want to be an egg donor to help create a family.I may have the eggs but you as a person will help create a family. I have wanted to do this for many years but I have not had the amount of time needed, or the support system until now. I would love to have an open donation as I do not want children, but I will always go by what you as a family want to do, and leave it up to you.

Description of myself:

• What is your greatest strength as a person? My greatest strength is my desire to help others in any way I can.My love language is giving, and it does not have to be in gift form but in the forms of time and love as well. • What are the most important things to you in life? The most important thing to me is my family.Sadly, I am not very close with my family, but I am extremely close with my grandmother.My significant other’s family lives in the same town, and I am very close with his family. • What’s the top priority in your life right now? My top priority in life right now is going back to school and taking care of my family. I want to continue to make sure I am finding time for myself.I try and make sure I am doing things I love. • What would you do in life if you did not need to work for money? I would love to travel.I have been to Peru, and we are currently planning a trip to Holland.I have been to almost 40 states.Someday, I would also like to buy a house on a beach and be able to relax and read a book. • What inspires you? I am inspired by the outdoors, experiencing what nature has to offer the world.I love seeing the natural beauty around.It always keeps my spirits up. • Usually do you listen to your heart or to your brain? I am one that listens to my heart.I am a very sentimental person.I cry at TV shows, movies, and even sappy commercials.I cannot help it. • What is a quality you admire in others? I admire hard work, dedication, perseverance, and drive.Of the utmost importance to me is striving to achieve what one wants.

To the potential parents of my eggs, I would like you to know that my biggest passion in life is helping others.I recently graduated with an associate’s degree in Human Services.I am going to continue to get my BA in Health Care Administration, followed by my masters. I have been in the National Guard for about 4 years and plan to serve for 20 years.In addition to my service to my country, I am a Social Work Designee at a nursing home.I help about 40 residents and their families through transitions within the nursing home. In a way, I look at this egg donation opportunity as another way to exercise my passion for helping others.I want to be able to help families.Personally, I do not want to have children and that is why I think donating my eggs is the best option versus letting my eggs go to waste. I already feel fulfilled in having had a life that’s been rich with younger siblings, whom I helped raise.Consequently, I have had my children in a sense.I am very close with my youngest sisters, even though we have about 13 and 12 years age difference between us.I am the second oldest of a family of eight.My family is very blended.My oldest brother is a half-brother on my mother’s side.Myself, and my two younger brothers are the only full siblings from both my mother and father.The four sisters who are younger than us are from our father and our now ex-stepmother. Speaking of family relationships, I am closest with my grandma on my mother’s side.She has always been by my side.She has made sure to attend every event and activity since I was little.I do not live near any of my family, but my grandma still makes a point to make sure we see each other every three months.I can tell her anything.I get a lot of my personality from her.My family always says my grandma stole the 60s from me.I am the free spirit of the family.I love to be in nature and outdoors.I love to admire the sunsets and being on the lake.I enjoy kayaking and swimming.I love baby animals. Currently, I am 22 years old, and my significant other of two and a half years and I have two pets: Ollie is a toy Aussie that’s a little less than a year old and Yetti is a calico kitty that’s a year and a half old.
