Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I have two children of my own. However, after my youngest was born, I had an unexpected health issue, which resulted in me having to receive a hysterectomy. I have always wanted to try for a third child to complete our family, but now I am not able to make that happen for us.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am 30 years old, and I have two children. I have received my bachelor's degree in Psychology, but I am looking into pursuing my education further. Children mean the world to me, and I would have dozens of them if I could!
