Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
Due to medical issues on my end, I am unable to carry my own child. After trying for 2+ years, we were so blessed to welcome our daughter via our angel gestational surrogate, who happened to be my incredible sister, in late 2018. She has since had some medical issues arise that prevent her from carrying again (unrelated to the pregnancy). We have a healthy PGS tested AB embryo ready to be implanted. We feel fortunate to have gone through this experience before, and thus know the ropes as it can be overwhelming, but feel we have a good handle on the steps needed and are currently looking for the right person to help us complete our family.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
My husband, daughter and I live in Lawrence, KS. I grew up just outside Kansas City and husband grew up in southern Kansas. We have been together for over 10 years since we initially met in KC and happily married for 8 of them. We have been working on expanding our family since we got married. We both love sports, staying fit, traveling and spending time with our families. We are excited to meeting you and exploring this journey together.
