Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We are a military family with one natural child. We are unable to have anymore of our own children and so we wanted to adopt. After a great deal of time and money, we finally had to end our adoption journey unsuccessful. The birth mother that we were matched with changed her mind two weeks prior to his birth. This was a devastating blow. We have have attempted on three other occasions to continue our adoption journey, but for many reasons had to stop. I still believe in my heart that our family is meant to grow and know that we have so much more love to give.
