Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I have PCOS and hypothyroidism. With the 2 combined my hormones are all over the place and it makes it almost impossible to be able to conceive. I am currently on medication for my thyroid and have gone through multiple courses of fertility medication with no results. My husband and I both love children and want to be able to have our own little family. It would be a dream come true.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I are both very hard working, family oriented, fun-loving people. We have been together for almost 9 years, married for 5 and he is my soulmate. I used to be a CNA but within the last 2 years started driving a pilot car for my husband, he is a truck driver hauling oversize mobile homes. We both have big families and have always wanted children. Every time we see a family member or friend with their child(ren) his eyes just light up. It makes me feel like a part of us is missing and sometimes I feel like I have failed him by not being able to conceive. It would mean the world to us to be able to finally have our own child.

Bless you. It takes such a strong willed and heavy hearted person to be so giving and so selfless. Helping others who cannot themselves experience the miracle of having a child is an amazing thing. For someone to help us achieve our dream of having a family of our own is a miracle in itself. A dream come true.
