It's much better to have a child we can call our own rather than go through adoption, we want to start a family as our relationship is very solid and strong and are getting married next year and the child would be in our Genes.

This contract is between (Surrogate mother) Rowen Andrew Hawley and Richard William Ellis to be the parents of the child The child will know its birth mother and will be in touch from time to time and all education and raising the child will be achieved by Rowen and Richard Any matters of health will also be dealt with by Rowen and Richard the mother will be on the birth certificate as the official birth mother and Richard and Rowen will be the legal parents Signed by both parties R.W. Ellis and R.A. Hawley
