Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I am unable to have children due to blocked tubes. I have been through 6 years of fertility treatments and have sadly had 5 miscarriages. I have a beautiful 6 year old daughter through adoption and I would love to have another baby! I am engaged to a wonderful man with 4 of his own children, whom I love dearly. We would love to have another child in our blended family.
