Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I had a hysterectomy a few years ago and am unable to carry my own children. We want to share our love with a child and a surrogate would make my dreams of motherhood become a reality.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a newly married couple, and would love to add more love to our family with a child. My husband and I have known each other since we were teenagers, but had not seen each other in many years. We reconnected 4 years ago, and it has been amazing since that time. I am a Nurse Practitioner in Oncology and am also passionate about music.
