Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
Unfortunately due to my age (female, 44 years old) and after years of trying and failed IVF procedures in Europe in combination with the quality of my eggs, I am unable to get pregnant. The possibility of becoming parents would be a dream to both of us (female and male). We would are hoping to connect to an 'egg donor' because it is quite a challenge to find a woman in Europe who is almost genetically similar to me (Indonesian) or at least with (Asian) features almost similar to mine . In Europe the majority of women who are willing to donate an egg are not Indonesian or Malaysian for example, so it is difficult to find a potential (genetically) suitable donor. Due to ethical and medical reasons, egg donation by a non-Asian woman is not stimulated nor encouraged in the European Union.

Hi! My name is Mirjam and I am born in Jakarta, Indonesia. I love playing the piano, cooking and spending time with my partner (male), family and friends. I also do yoga, body combat of Les Mills and upholstery in my free time. We live in the Netherlands.

We (female and male) hope to become parents after years of trying including IVF. We also understand it is huge to find and ask another woman to donate an egg and the potential physiological and physical impact on a woman's body. We respect and fully understand this. If we could become parents, then we can assure that our son or daughter will get lots and lots of love and humor from us, grandparents, uncles and aunties, nieces and friends. Music will fill our house from classical music to jazz. We have a garden and there are many playgrounds within walking distance from our home. Playing football, ballet or perhaps playing an instrument will be stimulated by us. As we love food in this house, Indonesian, Japanese, Sri Lankan, Thai, French, Korean or Italian is no exception ;-) Good schools are also within walking or cycle distance.
