Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

As my partner has been diagnosed with nonobstructive azoospermia and there isn't anything more they can do to regain his sperm. We spoke to our consultant and talked about a donor but it is aginst his religion to have a donor so this is why I am looking for a surrogate.
