Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

It's been a long journey and we have 4 frozen embryos but need a Gestational Surrogate to help us complete our family We would love to give our daughter some siblings.Due to having had breast cancer at the age of 26 and Endometrial issues, I was unable to carry a child.So we looked at other ways, we found our beautiful surrogate soon after, we were truly blessed.The ironic thing was, I had always wanted to be a surrogate before my illness, just never ever imagined it would be me asking for help, but I guess everything happens for a reason.So we got the ball rolling and got pregnant.We were blessed! Our daughter was born in *** she's a sight for sore eyes.

I'm a go getter, I believe that where there is a will there is a way.I believe that every thing happens for a reason and anything is possible through God.I believe in love, patience, honesty, respect and that dreams do come true if you really try.
