Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 years. I have had 5 miscarriages - 3 were trying naturally, 2 were with IVF (PGS tested embryos were normal). Thanks to great health insurance, I have been under the care of nationally renown doctors. I and my husband have run the gamut of all the fertility tests and lab work. Everything comes back normal. It's assuring to know that we are in great health. Unfortunately, the doctors don't know why I can't seem to maintain a pregnancy.
