Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I lost my daughter 15 years ago. She died in hospital in London after she was born with kidney disease. I have only recently (the last few years) come to terms with this and still feel lost everyday. My husband and I split up a couple of years ago and we did not have any more children. I believe I was just to upset and stressed to conceive again. As I am now a lot older I am looking for a surrogate who can use her own egg with my partners sperm.
