Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Not being able to father children anymore - this is only one small reason for wanting a baby through donor assistance with the main reason being that just over 2 years ago our 17 year old son unfortunately was taken from us and this has left a tremendous void in our lives and we would like a family again.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am 61 years old - European and my wife is early forties and a Filipina and I am not able to father children anymore.
