Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
We have been married for five years. Six month after we got married I was diagnosed with stage II cancer. With a tremendous support, love and care of my husband, I won the battle, but it disabled me to have children. We have made two attempts to have children via gestational surrogacy, but both time it was a devastating and heartbreaking failure. We have decided to give it one last chance with a help of the traditional surrogacy, hoping for a little miracle to happen.

We are an international couple with different cultural backgrounds. We are cheerful, kind and open-minded people with traditional family values.
