Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

After the birth of my second daughter in *** I went into congestive heart failure and postpartum cardiomyopathy.After seeing multiple specialists and going through countless tests I was finally diagnosed with Lupus SLE.All of my specialists recommended that I should not have any more children due to the severity of my last delivery.Even though I wanted more children I had to make a selfless decision to have a form of permanent birth control placed.I am so grateful for my two girls, but being a mother is the most amazing part of life I have ever experienced and I just want the chance to have one more child.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I would describe myself as being a very devoted and caring person.Even though I had my first daughter at 18, I was extremely mature and managed to work full time along with going to college full time.Regardless I always made sure she was more than taken care of and I never put my needs ahead of hers.I am a stay at home mother who is completely committed to her children.I always dreamed of having a large family because my entire life I've had maternal instincts that have only grown after having children of my own.
