Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We are looking for a gestational surrogate because I was diagnosed with cancer at the young age of 28 and the treatment for my cancer left me unable to carry a child. We were lucky that we able to store embryos before starting treatment, so now we are looking for a caring, loving, and healthy woman to carry our child. I always knew that I wanted children and never imagined I would be in this situation, but when life throws your lemons, you have to make lemonade.

My husband and I are an educated professional couple looking for a gestational carrier to carry our child in a healthy, loving manner.
