Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
We were told after our daughter that we cannot have anymore children, then a few yrs ago we found ourselves pregnant again, only to have him born asleep at 23 weeks. We have numerous medical issues that hinder us infertility, my husband has low sperm, whilst I have cysts on the ovaries, endometriosis, i do not ovulate, and my uterus is the wrong size and shape. We would need everything, egg, sperm donor and a surrogate.

We are a married couple, been together for 23 years. We met at high school, and have been together ever since. We have one bio daughter who just turned 18.
