Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I have one child and have been trying in recent times to conceive but with no success after 2 years. I will continue to try but in the interim I would very much love to have a surrogate mother as my daughter is begging for a sibling.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
I am mixed ethnicity, a very loving individual who adores children and animals. Happily married for the past 2 years and would love to expand my family very much. I am very out going but love reflective moments.

I admire your generosity and the sacrifice that you're willing to make in order to facilitate individuals like me and let it be known that I appreciate that!
