Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I am a cancer survivor. I have been in the journey of cancer for 15 years. Through the many surgery's, chemo treatments, and radiation, my body took a hit. I have remained strong and have kept my faith every step of the way. I have recently been hit with needing to take on dialysis as a result of my cancer journey, making it that much harder for a baby. I want a surrogate to help complete my dreams of having a baby. Naturally as a woman I desire to have children. I want to continue to strive for my hopes and desires of becoming a mom despite all I have been through and with a surrogate I believe that dream and hope will come true.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am sassy Jazz. I am a full of life, seek the positive out of every situation type of person. I love helping people and love life in general. I am down to earth and a go getter.

To whom ever is reading this First let me say thank you for your heartfelt desire to help those who are not able to give birth, carry, or provide a healthy egg. You are such a blessing. Words can not describe the emotions that are flowing right now as I even try to write words for a potential surrogate or donor to read. I believe that all things in life are possible especially through Jesus Christ. Despite of my desire to have children I do understand the importance of the right fit. I do understand that there is the right surrogate for the right parents. If you are the right fit for me and my family, I am committed to do my part to ensure the best quality of the process. I am not a perfect person and I will never pretend to be but I am a loving person with so much love to give. Again I appreciate your time and your heart's desire to be a willing vessel to produce life and I look forward to meeting you.
