Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I want a surrogate mother and/or adopt a baby because I am unable to have children due to my infertility. I have PCOS and endometriosis/fibroids run in my family and I have an anterior uterus. I am unable to conceive and keep a baby due to low progesterone. I have tried some fertility treatments and they did not work for me. I have always wanted children of my own because I love children and they bring joy to my life.

My name is Brittany. I am 26 years old. I graduated college with a diploma and certification in Medical Administration. I am originally from West Virginia, but I am living in North Carolina now. I have a very caring and loving family that is supportive in hard times. I love children and I watch family and friends children all the time and I do anything to help them. I feel like I have a void in my heart because I want a child so much that it hurts knowing that I cannot do that on my own. I know that when I have a child that the void in my heart will disappear and I will then be complete. I am a very caring, loving, honest, trustworthy, and dependable person.
