Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We have been trying to have a child of our own for years and this past year after complications I had to have an emergency hysterectomy. Our only chance now to have a child of our own is with a surrogate. We are hopeful that we will find the right person to help our dream of having our child come true.
