Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Our regular OB and IVF doctor explained to us that is the best way for us to have a chance at adding to our family. We have struggled with infertility issues for over a decade and a half.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a heterosexual couple located in the Southwest and are looking for an experienced GS. We have been married for over a decade. We are looking for someone to help us expand our family.

Please respond if you are: • Located in a surrogate friendly state • Have been a previous surrogate • Have not been a previous surrogate but are unmatched working with an agency-We are willing to sign with your agency (base would be consistent with your agencies suggested base) • Have had no previous complications in prior pregnancies • Ideally would have existing insurance with no surrogacy exclusions • Are between the age 23-36 • Are willing to have funds held in escrow and be willing to have a contract prepared by attorney • We will try to find a clinic near your location • Are willing to carry 1 to 2 embryos *We are willing to compensate for experienced GS-(35k base for those who don't have insurance or 45k base for those who do have insurance w/no surrogacy exclusions.) We will also compensate for all of the extras monthly allowances, ect. If you feel we might be people you might want to help please contact us.
