Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

After sustaining an injury from jumping out of a plane my body would have some difficulty carrying a child. Additionally, both of my first two children were born pre-mature resulting in an extended hospital stay for the first and a longer term stay in the NICU for the second.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a multi race dual military family with currently two children. We are fairly active people and are chicken farmers! We enjoy a lot of outdoors time and live hiking and bike riding.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

We are searching for a surrogate local to Clarksville, TN. We also would prefer a military spouse or another female Soldier if possible to reduce medical costs and to increase our ability to fairly compensate financially. While we would take full custody we would also like to treat this similar to an open adoption allowing visits and keeping in touch if desired. I’ve never carried for someone else, but I’m certain there would still be a bond developed through the pregnancy.
