Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I carried both of my sons and both times had extreme pregnancy complications. I suffered from eclampsia and HELLP syndrome which resulted in kidney failure. Unfortunately, due to the complications, our oldest son was without oxygen and it resulted in him having severe cerebral palsy. He passed away at 5 years old. Doctors will not let me carry another child for fear of it resulting in death of me or the baby. We recently used a gestational surrogate to carry our daughter who is now 8 months old. It was such an amazing experience! We have decided to pursue this journey one more time to complete our family.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We have three children: Hudson was 5 when he passed away, Sawyer is 3 and Evelyn-James is 8 months old. We have a very large extended family and we travel often to see them and are all very close. We are members of a local church and our faith in God is very important to us. It has gotten us through some very dark times in dealing with the journey and death of our oldest son. My husband is a golf coach and is very passionate about his work. I formerly worked in corporate digital marketing and now stay home with our children. I’m the Marketing Chairperson for Make-A-Wish Mid-South. We adore our children and have both always wanted a large family.
