Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
We have been unable to conceive a child the natural way. We recently thought we had the opportunity to be parents through a open adoption. The mother of our precious baby Kayla told us she was young and was not ready to raise a child- she even let us name our baby, and called us to the hospital when she was in labor. The mother of the child promised us she was drug free, upon arriving to the hospital our baby Kayla tested positive for drugs. We still loved her at first sight though. 11 days later the birth mother changed her mind, and we had no legal right to keep her. We had our heart broken when we had to give our baby away. We would love the opportunity to be parents again...

My husband and I are stable, hard working adults with good jobs. I am proud of the fact that we have built our home we are currently living in.
