Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
We have 2 children of our own 17 months apart bc my doctor told me after my middle child that my uterus was dropping bc the size my son was and the long hard pushing he said it happens, so right away we had our daughter well got pregnant but two months after having her I had to have an emergency hysterectomy so at 33 I was left devastated bc I wanted more children it’s my life I love it. I said god blessed me with three children I should be grateful and I am but here I sit and still feel empty and still not ready to give up my dream I still have my overies/and my husbands sperm so I think it’s gestational surrogacy we would like.
