Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
Three years ago I had to have my Fallopian tubes removed as they were damaged and could cause cancer.Therefore we are only able to get pregnant via IVF.We had 5 embryos created.The first 3 didn’t stick.In November *** we got pregnant with our last 2 embryos Colt and Bryce.I went into preterm labor due to incompetent cervix on April 21, *** at 23 weeks.We lost both of our boys.Since we have to do IVF to conceive and we don’t want to risk putting in anymore embryos inside me (even with me undergoing additional surgery such as cerclage and TAC).Therefore, we are looking for a GS to carry our little one.

Kevin and I have been together for over 5 years.We both have Masters degrees.I’m an Event Planner and Kevin is a Technical Recuiter.Together we love to travel, cook, workout, spoil our small pup Benji and spend time with friends and family.
