Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My wife is unable to have a child. She has 2 grown children from a previous marriage. I have 2 children still at home from a previous marriage. We have a wonderful home life together but we both feel we are missing that special bond that comes from having a child together. We both had intended to have more children but circumstances did not allow that to happen. With the help of a surrogate we believe we can reach our dream of having a wonderful child to share together.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a father of two children ages 16 and 17. I balance my work hours very well with my home responsibilities.. I enjoy interacting with and playing with my children at all ages.

Dear Surrogate, our hearts and our stomachs and our brains are in unison with our desire to have another child. We know it would be a great blessing to our family and we would live every day of our lives providing a blessed life for any little one that comes into our lives. Our child raising experiences with our own children have been educational at each turn, filling our minds with wisdom and knowledge. But more importantly, our hearts are filled with love that will guide us in all our actions and decision about our little one. Not only will we be giving our child the love and understanding that they need to grow and develop, we are also financially stable and are able to provide the resources needed for our child to meet their potential in school and later on attend college if that is where their talents lead them.
