Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I had to have a hysterectomy 8 years ago so I am unable to have any more children. My husband and I want more children. We are a very loving family.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a stay at home mome. My husband works for the DOD-Department of Defence. Our daughter is in 8th grade. We go on several family trips. And we do many family activities with my parents. We are a loving and caring family. We have a safe and loving home. We have tons of love to share with another child.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

My husband and I have a 13 year old daughter. We want more children but I had to have a hysterectomy 8 years ago due to medical reasons. We are a loving and caring family. We can offer a child a special home with tons of love. If possible we would like to find a surrogate that is already pregnant and has chosen not to keep the child. We would like to adopt the child and give the child a loving family and home life. We have tons of love and would love to give to a child. We prefer a baby boy but will take a girl!!!!!
