Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

After an illness, I was told my chances of fathering a child were decreased, although not impossible. Since I believe in honesty, I always disclose my previous health problems when dating but I think this has impacted my ability to find a longterm mate as most women want children (as do I). My NY resolution is to embark on the journey of becoming a father even if I can't find a mate to join me in my journey.
