Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We are a couple living in North Vancouver, B.C. I have a medical condition that has prevented me from conceiving. Hence, I would very much like to have a surrogate carry a child for us.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a hard-working person eager to become a parent. Also, my hobbies include exercising, sports and walking, having picnics at the waterfront and watching movies.

I would really appreciate the help that a surrogate may provide to us. We would like to become parents. We are open to having contact with the surrogate if she wishes. Also, we would cover all the travel costs that are involved as well.
