Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My husband and I have tried almost every avenue of creating our own family for many years, and nothing has been even close to successful. We've spent a great deal of time, money, and in some cases, happiness in trying to begin this new chapter in our lives. We only have 2 embryos. 2 chances, to make this work. It's all we have, and we hope it's enough. This is also the reason why I can't carry on my own where there is very little chance the embryo will survive due to the state of my uterus.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

We are looking for a surrogate mother who would love to give a struggling couple a chance to have a family. I have stage 4 Endometriosis and Adenomyosis, described by one of the best Endometriosis doctors in the world as one of the most advanced cases he's ever seen. Conceiving myself has consistently failed for almost a decade. My husband has been very supportive, and it's difficult to accept that we may not ever have a family. It's been very hard, and I cannot adequately describe it through strokes on a keyboard. We attempted twice to do IVF, went through all of the pain, with both times resulting in a couple eggs. First attempt of two embryo transfers were unsuccessful, and due to my situation our fertility doctor recommended to look at surrogacy since it may be the only chance we have to bear a child of our own. We currently have only two frozen embryos and are scared but hopeful that we can become a family soon. We want to find someone we can trust, and someone who understands how hard it has been to go through this for most of our adult lives. While we don't have a ton of money, this is incredibly important to us, and we will do the best we can to make sure both sides are happy.
