Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We want to take part in a traditional surrogacy, having looked into the various different options mainly because we want to know that our child shares apart of us and so that we can help and support the person who decides that they would like to help us.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a 32 year old teacher and actor situated in Kent that is happily married to the love of my life and desperately wanting to expand our family. We are both articulate, well rounded and hard working individuals that have wanted chidden since we first got together 5 years ago. We live in a lovely neighbourhood and have a home already set up for the introduction of a younger one and now we have started the journey to find that missing piece. I am white British by heritage and my husband is Italian/ South African so we have we have a wonderfully diverse background and family support network, all who live nearby. We have four pets that we love unconditionally and we pamper constantly. We are a very creative couple and love film and the arts in general. We have a close knit friendship group who are all starting their families and desperately want to join their ranks.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

We are looking for an open and sincere person who is keen to help two very loving and caring dads fulfil their dreams to have a child. Ideally we would like to have that person close to us so we can form a relationship with our surrogate as we think that is particularly important. We want to help and support the person that is helping us in kind. We don't want to rush into anything and think it very important to make the right match and choice as ultimately it is a life changing event. We would need our surrogate to understand all our motivations and personalities as much as we understand them, an emphasis on open and clear dialogue is a necessity.
