Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I have 3 children from a previous relationship, 17, 14, and 9. I am now married to a man that has no children. We were going to get my tubes untied but i had an ablasion so carrying a baby is not possible for me. We want a child so badly and he wud be such a good father and it just kills me to see him with my children and to know what he is missing out on from birth on.
