My husband and I are looking for a gestational surrogate to carry our second child. We have an embryo waiting. We work with the ART Clinic at Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham, AL and Attorney Drew Whitmire. Our surro must have their own health insurance. We understand that many insurances do not cover surrogacy but we would like your health insurance to be able to cover your pregnancy. We prefer our surro to have their own child/ren and be married...and live in Alabama. We also would like to have a surrogate who is willing and eager and who has researched the process. Are you cleared to be a surrogate medically?
