Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My wife is unable to conceive and is fearful to donate her eggs. We there are looking for a Surrogate, willing to use her eggs and my seed, to birth a baby for us (my wife and me).

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My Wife is 46 and I'm 41 and we live in the Philippines. We have 3 residences and travel frequently. First residence is in Metro-Manila which is robust and active, the Second residence is in Cebu which is perfect for high quality of family life, and then we have my Mother-In-Law's residence in the quiet, sleepy province of Oroquietta. I'm an entrepreneur with small import business, while my wife works online from home. We both are happy to have flexible schedules allowing us to work from anywhere and take short regular holidays for a few days or a weekend. We are gym enthusiasts, while my wife is more into nutrition than i could be, but we do aim to enjoy a healthy life-style in general. Both my parents now reside in Metro Manila (Makati City), as does my sister and her family. My parents are my heart beat, as is my wife. My mom is a nutritional and homeopathic consultant in our native country, but in the Philippines does this as a sideline while working as an auditor for a finance company. My Dad, although retired, busies himself managing my Makati office. My Wife's Father was an RTC Judge who now rests in peace, while my mother in law is a retired businesswoman who was and remain successful, a strong catholic. Between My Parents and My Wife's Parents, My Sister and her Kids, as with My Wife's Sister and their Kids, you have a devoted clan of strength, loyalty, love, faith and integrity. While i'm Hindu, my wife is Catholic and we explore and are devoted to both Religions. We are a quiet, simple family, with a love of life, travel, word, education and adventure. We wish we could have a child to call our own, to enjoy watching him/her grow, and share our love, experience the wonders of this beautiful life and give back.

Dear Potential Surrogate, What i'm about to ask is difficult. I'm asking you to help me have child of my own genealogy. I child i can love and devote my life to, teach him amazing things, raise him with values that any mother would be proud of. I'm asking you to entrust this child to me and my wife. I'm asking you to this this, because you're our only hope. I'm asking you to do this, all while considering we are modest financially. From the time i was 30, i've wanted a child, and now at 41, with a wife who is elder, I am fearful to wait longer for a natural option. Sometimes we do need a divine intervention - I hope you will be mine.
