My husband and I have a very unique journey.I became a mommy in *** when I met a single dad.I knew I had PCOS; knew we would have trouble.We tried to adopt first had 3 failures.The last attempt at adopting we went domestic after 2 international attempts.Our attorney called us and said she had an abortion 17w.Killed me We then moved to IVF and after a year and a half of heartbreak, we have our 2y old son.We decided to go back and do another egg retrieval, had the retrieval in August of 19, got a UTI, and by October I was fighting for my life because I had went septic. I havent been able to kick the UTI for more than three days, so surrogacy has been suggested for the safety of the baby. We were matched with a wonderful gc, the first transfer was canceled because of covid.The second go around, she got all the way to the lining check.My old RE found issues and said she didn't need to be a surro at all.These issues would have been found if the agency had properly vetted the gc.We were rematched quickly, but then that match decided against surrogacy all together.We were rematched again, but it was not in the cards due to her having familial problems. We got all the way to the contract phase and, the father of her children was fighting her over her kids.She got a bit unstable, rightfully so. We live in Florida and our 8PGS tested embryos are at our clinic in Saint Louis Missouri. Now we are just looking for the perfect Fairy bump mother to help us complete our family.
